Is your skin dull? At home recipe

Who saw Dr Oz yesterday?  Dr Oz did a poll to find what things are most bothersome to us as we age.  Topics included memory loss and loss of libido.  He then gave simple solutions that we can all try (such as eating more watermelon or adding a few supplements to our diet).  It was a great show and very informative.  One hot topic was skin that is no longer vibrant or dull and flaky skin as we age.  Dr Oz showed us a great, inexpensive home remedy.

Per Dr Oz's website, http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/5-day-full-body-recharge-plan?page=3#copy
Here is the exact recipe,

"Nutmeg & Cinnamon Face & Body Wash
To make this inexpensive, skin-rejuvenating wash, take 6 teaspoons each of ground cinnamon and nutmeg and run through your coffee machine’s filter. Pour the mixture directly into a warm bath and soak in it. Or allow the mixture to cool and use as a face or body wash that you can leave on and let penetrate your skin for up to 10 minutes a day."

Wow - I can't wait to try it!
